Yova's Cleaning Services provides a range of cleaning services, including but not limited to residential cleaning, deep cleaning, move in/out cleaning, commercial and office cleaning, post-construction cleanup, carpet and upholstery cleaning, window cleaning, and short-term rental turnovers. The scope of each job is confirmed before work begins.
2. Use of Our Website
You may use our website for informational purposes and to request a quote or booking. You agree not to use it for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with its security or functionality.
3. Quotes, Booking & Cancellations
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and may be adjusted after we assess the space. To reschedule or cancel, please give us reasonable advance notice; late cancellations may be subject to a fee as communicated at booking.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept the payment methods stated at booking. Recurring services are billed per the schedule you select.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any area we cleaned, let us know within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean that area at no additional cost. The guarantee covers re-cleaning and does not constitute a cash refund unless required by law.
6. Access & Property
You are responsible for providing safe access to the property at the scheduled time and for securing or noting any fragile, valuable, or hazardous items. Please tell us in advance about anything that needs special handling.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yova's Cleaning Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. We carry insurance and will address any verified damage caused by our team promptly and in good faith.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Yova's Cleaning Services or its suppliers and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.
9. Governing Law
